- Using our products and/or services to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including flooding networks, deliberately attempting to overload a service, and/or attempting to crash a host.
- Using any program, script, or command, or sending messages designed to interfere with a user’s terminal session, whether locally or via the Internet.
- Transmitting on or through our service any material that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or encouraging conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or violates any law, including direct or indirect threats of physical harm or child pornography.
- Transmitting, distributing, or storing any information, data, or material violating local, state, national, or international laws, including copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary material without consent, except under the Fair Use Doctrine.
- Violating personal-privacy rights of others, including collecting and distributing information about Internet users without permission, except as permitted by law.

- Directly or indirectly violating laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where we operate or where violations occur, including export-control laws for software and technical information.

- Users may not send unsolicited e-mail messages (e.g., bulk commercial advertising, charity requests, petitions) that could adversely impact Curacao Webhosting, including using our network to send spam or promote a hosted site, directly or indirectly. Users may not use our network to:

Users posting to Usenet newsgroups must comply with any written charter or FAQ. Regardless of such policies, users may not:
- Post the same or similar messages to multiple newsgroups (excessive cross-posting or multiple-posting, also known as “Usenet SPAM”).
- Post binary files to newsgroups not designated for that purpose.
- Solicit mail for addresses other than your Curacao Webhosting account, where it would harass others.
- Post messages threatening, harassing, or intimidating others.
- Post messages infringing personal or property rights (e.g., privacy, copyrights).

Security
Curacao Webhosting customers are solely responsible for any misuse of their accounts, even if caused by others. - Share passwords or account access with unauthorized users.
- Use or attempt to use an account to breach another account’s security or gain unauthorized access to networks or servers.
- Attempt to obtain another user’s account password.

- Use or distribute tools designed for compromising security, such as password-guessing programs, cracking tools, or network-probing tools.
- Attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network (e.g., denial-of-service attacks, flooding networks, or crashing hosts).
Violations and Remedies
WARNING: Users violating systems or network security may face criminal or civil liability. Curacao Webhosting will fully cooperate with investigations of security violations, including with law enforcement for criminal matters.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account failing to comply with this policy. We may take equitable actions, seek legal remedies for damages, and enforce our Internet Services Agreement and Rules and Regulations as needed.
Customer Responsibilities
Each customer is responsible for their subordinate customers or end-users’ activities and must ensure compliance with this policy by accepting our service.
Complaints about customers or end-users will be forwarded to our IDC manager for action. If violations persist, services may be suspended, terminated, or otherwise addressed without notice, at our discretion.

Indemnification
Customers will defend, indemnify, and hold Curacao Webhosting and its affiliates harmless from liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to any violation of this policy by you or users of your account, or in connection with service use or Internet activities.
Monitoring Obligations
Customers acknowledge we have no obligation to monitor services unless specified by contract, but we may monitor to satisfy laws, regulations, or protect our subscribers. We won’t intentionally monitor private e-mail unless required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or remove information violating this policy, at our discretion.
